We have a fantastic and prime location. This is an excellent location. I think of the Fuente Osmena Circle and everything else in the neighborhood. The total lot area for our project is 5,539 square meters. It connects Ramos and
Ranudo, two iconic Midtown Cebu streets. This is due to the development's location of access points to both streets. As you can see from Ramos Street, there is also a Calle 104 for Ranudo.
